We deliver across Australia using Australia Post services. We can deliver to PO boxes excluding bulky items which will use a courier service. If you order a bulky item, please ensure you provide a street shipping address for the courier to deliver to.

How long does it take to process an order?
We typically dispatch items within 24 business hours of placing your order. An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy for you to write instructions for delivery at the checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post but depending on location it is usually 2-10 days.
What is your return policy?
Please check out our returns policy here, but in a nutshell we offer replacement or refunded returns for products that arrive damaged, or if an item is faulty or does not operate within its intended purpose as determined by us. Dented packaging boxes do not fall under this policy. All claims must be lodged with us within 14 days of delivery.
