NDIS orders and refunds

We are not able to process orders on invoice for the NDIS.

If you’re a self-managed participant, please note that any orders placed and paid for via our website are standard retail purchases. If your NDIS claim is later unsuccessful, we won’t be able to refund or reverse the order. For now, we recommend not placing orders you expect or hope to have refunded by the NDIS.

We understand how challenging this period has been for NDIS participants and remain committed to serving The Play Way community in innovative, impactful ways into the future.

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or our standard returns policy for faulty items.

Important NDIS Payment Information

If you plan to claim these products/programs using NDIS funds DO NOT process this order. Once this order is confirmed there is no refund for change of mind or being unable to claim a reimbursement from the NDIS (see our returns policy for details). Almost all of the products on our website are now on the OUT list, the 12 month grace period is over, your claim will not be successful and you will likely have to repay the NDIS for misused funds.
