NDIS orders and refunds
We are not able to process orders on invoice for the NDIS.
If you’re a self-managed participant, please note that any orders placed and paid for via our website are standard retail purchases. If your NDIS claim is later unsuccessful, we won’t be able to refund or reverse the order. For now, we recommend not placing orders you expect or hope to have refunded by the NDIS.
We understand how challenging this period has been for NDIS participants and remain committed to serving The Play Way community in innovative, impactful ways into the future.
This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or our standard returns policy for faulty items.
