The Play Way is not a registered NDIS provider. However, we are able to accept NDIS Self Managed and Plan Managed payments if your budget allows for consumables. If you’re unsure, please speak with your Plan Manager about the items you wish to order before placing an order.


How to get an invoice for NDIS payments

Step 1: Add Items to Your Wishlist ❤️

Instead of your shopping cart, add items to your wishlist. To add to your wishlist, simply click the heart icon

Step 2: View Your Wishlist ❤️

Once you've finished adding items to your wishlist, click the heart in the top toolbar to view your wishlist, as pictured.

Step 3: Create an NDIS Invoice

Click the "Create an NDIS Invoice" button and you will be directed to a request form

Step 4: Submit a request form

Once completed, we'll shoot you an invoice via email.

Step 5: Make payment

You will receive a tax invoice via email with our payment details. Please ensure prompt payment is made to secure your order.

  • For NDIS self-managed payments, follow the instructions on the invoice to complete your payment.
  • For NDIS plan-managed payments, please forward your invoice to your plan manager or upload it to their respective portal for processing.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and shipped.
