The Play Way is not a registered NDIS provider. However, we are able to accept NDIS Self Managed and Plan Managed payments if your budget allows for consumables. If you’re unsure, please speak with your Plan Manager about the items you wish to order before placing an order.
How to Complete Your Order
Step 1: Select Your Items
Add the items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
Step 2: Enter the NDIS Details
In the company name field, enter the NDIS participant name and NDIS number.
For example:
"NDIS Participant: Happy Child NDIS# 43XXXXXXX."
Step 3: Choose Payment Option
- For NDIS self-managed payments, check out using a Credit Card or PayPal.
- For NDIS plan-managed payments, select "Invoice for NDIS Payments."Answer Content
Step 4: Complete Order
Click "Complete Order."
If you checked out via Credit Card or Paypal, you will receive a copy of your invoice for your records.
If you checked out via Invoice for NDIS Payments, you will receive an invoice; please forward that invoice to your plan manager or upload it to their respective portal for payment.
Please note that your order is not confirmed until payment is received. A payable invoice will be sent to your email address.
