SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver across Australia using Australia Post services. We can deliver to PO boxes excluding bulky items which will use a courier service. If you order a bulky item, please ensure you provide a street shipping address for the courier to deliver to.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy for you to write instructions for delivery at the checkout. If you choose to have your order left unattended if you are not at home, the responsibility for your order is yours.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless Australia Post for some reason chooses to deliver on a weekend.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance at ask@theplayway.com
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post but depending on location it is usually 2-10 days.
IMPORTANT
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered as soon as you receive your delivery. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example, images emailed to us of the damaged item).
