Please read the following returns policy carefully.
Only items purchased on The Play Way website can be returned to www.theplayway.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer, online store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
All claims must be lodged with us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged item along with your description when you contact us about your claim to assist us in processing it swiftly. Valid proof of purchase is required.

REPLACEMENT RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. We offer replacement or refunded returns for products that arrive damaged, or if an item is faulty or does not operate within its intended purpose as determined by us. Dented packaging boxes do not fall under this policy.
CHANGE OF MIND/USER ERROR RETURNS ON FULL PRICES ITEMS
Should you make an error when ordering online, or change your mind when your order arrives, The Play Way will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. The Play Way must receive and inspect your return to ensure its condition is original and saleable, before posting out your exchange. Items purchased on sale are not returnable for change of mind or user error.
