ABOUT THE VIDEO TRAINING
What the program covers
Our Lunch Box Program has been designed to provide tools, tips and inspiration to support the daily routine of packing a lunch box. Designed by a nutritionist and team of paediatric therapists, it aims to develop childrenâs confidence and independence in the lifelong skills of planning and packing their own lunches.
Supported by over 25 videos, children will be guided to explore foods for fruit break, recess, lunch and afternoon tea. They'll learn about food properties, gaining confidence to make informed food choices.
The Play Wayâs Bento Set and Insulated Container Set, along with fun sandwich cutters bring play into their everyday eating encounters, making food fun and therefore more likely to be engaged with.
The toolbox also contains The Play Wayâs Lunch Box Recipe Booklet, with a range of no-prep, low-prep and more-prep ideas. It's been designed to provide children with inspiration and 'food for thought' as they experiment with their lunch.
