You've probably already tried to figure it out
Late-night Googling.
Saved reels and pins.
Unsolicited advice.
And somehow… more confusion. Not less.
You've tried to explain it out loud but the words don't quite land with anyone you've shared with. So you've stopped sharing, but the second-guessing and mind-spiralling is relentless.
You're not imagining it.
And you can't shake that feeling that you should know what to do…
…but no one's actually shown you how.
That's where the Hub comes in.
We help you understand what's going on in plain language.
And show you what to try in real moments.
While the pasta boils.
When you're waiting at school pickup.
On a random Tuesday night.
Small shifts. That start to change your days.
Play-based. From home. Without the pressure.
You don't need more opinions
You need one place that makes things feel clear and easier to act on.

Hi, I'm Kait
Hi, I'm Kait Cummins. Mum of four, Occupational Therapist, based in regional Victoria.
For nearly 20 years I've worked with families and used play-based strategies with my own kids.
I kept hearing families ask the same things:
"Is this normal? Am I missing something? What do I try next?"
So I built the Hub. For the 15 minutes you have today. For your real life.
I'm a registered occupational therapist, but the Hub is not a therapy service and doesn't replace advice from your treating therapist.
FAQs
Why a membership?
Because support isn't something you need just once. Things change.
New challenges come up. What works this month might not work next month.
A membership means you always have somewhere to go, for the next question, the next phase, the next "what do I do now?".
Dip in when you need it. Go deeper when you have time.
What if I'm not sure there's actually a problem?
That's exactly when most people join. The Hub helps you understand what you're seeing, what to try at home, and when to seek extra support, if needed.
What if this won't work for my child?
The Hub is designed to span across ages and starting points. Whether you're going off instinct, waiting for support, or already working with a professional, you can use it.
I don't have time for another thing.
Everything is on-demand. Watch a 2-minute video or save it for later. No schedules. No pressure. What you don't have time for is more searching, scrolling and second-guessing.
We already see a specialist, do I need this too?
Many families use the Hub alongside therapy. It gives you practical ways to support your child between appointments.
What if I'm overreacting?
If something keeps coming up for you, it's worth paying attention to. The Hub helps you take a clear, calm next step.
Are there limits on access?
You get access to almost everything straight away. Printable downloads are paced in the first 3 months, then fully unlocked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime directly from your account with no phone calls, and no hassle.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
The content is identical across both plans. Annual members save 20% which works out to $12/month billed as one annual payment of $144.
What does the family plan cover?
Up to 6 people can access the Hub under one family account, each with their own profile. Perfect for co-parents, grandparents, or any carers involved in your child's day-to-day life.
Is this covered by NDIS?
Currently the Hub membership is not able to be claimed through NDIS. If you have questions, reach out to our team at ask@theplayway.com.
