Does this sound familiar?
"Getting through the morning routine takes twice as long as it should because I'm the one reminding and supporting them through every single step. They want independence but I donât know how to bridge the gap."
"My child genuinely can't cope with certain textures or smells and I just don't know how to help them."
If that's your world right now, this program was made for you. Families tell us the shift often starts small; a toothbrush they actually like, a timer that tells them when to stop, a planner they built themselves. And these small things support big leaps in confidence and independence. That's exactly what we've designed for.
What the program covers
Across 40+ guided demonstration videos, children are supported to build their own personalised self-care plan, discover the sensory conditions that help them feel comfortable, and learn each routine step by step at their own pace with one of our OTâs showing them exactly what to do and why.
Not every child is ready to jump straight into the doing. That's why each domain also includes play-based activity ideas that build familiarity and confidence with self-care tools first so that when they're ready to participate fully, they already feel capable.
The videos are brought to life by the physical resources in the toolbox; instruction cards with written and visual step-by-step cues, a facilitator guide that gives parents the therapeutic context and strategies to support their child with confidence, and a carefully curated collection of sensory-informed self-care products to explore and make their own.
Because as Gary Kielhofner said, "life takes on meaning in the minute-by-minute reality in which we experience ourselves achieving ordinary things." This program is about exactly that - helping your child find their way to the ordinary, one small win at a time.
