Please check out our returns policy here, but in a nutshell we offer replacement or refunded returns for products that arrive damaged, or if an item is faulty or does not operate within its intended purpose as determined by us. Dented packaging boxes do not fall under this policy. All claims must be lodged with us within 14 days of delivery.
