About the sales

When do our Black Friday sales run from?

Our Black Friday sales begin on 11th November, and end on 15th December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEDT. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period.

What can I expect during your sales period?

To know EXACTLY what deals and discounts are coming and when, simply sign up to our mailing list below.

We'll shoot you an email with all of the details and codes so you can beat the rush and get in early! 💌

Will things sell out?

Yes, they will. We expect that popular items will sell out so don’t wait to grab the things you really want to secure and risk potential disappointment.

Or, dare we say it, spoil Christmas! 🎄

If an item is out of stock what will happen?

We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.

What about Connetix?

Connetix don't allow discounts, so we'll remove them from the site on the days with a storewide discount.

Can I use more than one discount at a time?

No, we can’t do discount stacking during this sale period.

The discounts and gifts listed on our homepage are the ones we’re offering to everyone during this period.

If you have an existing code and want to use it during this period, it will still work, just not in conjunction with anything else we’re offering.

Where will I find discount codes and sales offers?

How can I claim my gift with purchase?

Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add your purchases to your cart as normal, and you will see the Snake Sprinkler when you proceed to the checkout.

Please Note: If you place two separate orders, we'll combine them and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we're only able to offer gift redemption once per person during the sale.

I purchased an item before the sale, can I get a refund on the difference?

Sorry, there are no rainchecks for our Black Friday sale.

What are the payment options?

Our usual payment options will be available including Credit Card, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and GPay.

We don’t have afterpay but you may be able to use PayPal Pay in 4.

What about Therapy at Home by The Play Way orders?

Therapy at Home is a subsidiary of The Play Way and is its own entity that does not participate in the sales and promotions of The Play Way store tools and toys.

Therapy at Home by The Play Way has its own separate shopping cart for therapy programs that will not have any promotions or discounts applied.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the volume of orders, please allow 3-5 days for our team to dispatch your order.

We're aiming for less, but please be patient as everything is hand-packed with care.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way. For more details check out our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I get free shipping during the sale?

We typically offer free shipping on orders over $149, excluding bulky items.

However, during our sitewide 30% and 40% off sales there will be a flat rate $10 shipping price on all orders.

The usual bulky item shipping price will remain the same.

About your order

Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?

Our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies to all orders during the Black Friday sale period.

But basically, if something is faulty, of course we’ll replace it and if you change your mind you can exchange for something else or get a store credit, and the shipping cost will be on you.

Can I change my order?

While our team is ready to help we can’t edit orders once placed. Please double-check your order at checkout.

If you do make a mistake, please email us ASAP and put the subject URGENT: Order Amendment Request - Order Number and we'll try our best to action the changes. We just can’t guarantee we will catch it in time.

If you need to update your address, and your order was shipped via Auspost, you can redirect your parcel to the correct address using your tracking link.

If an item is marked ‘return to sender’ and we receive it back, you can pay the shipping charges to reship a package to the correct address.
