About payments + postage
Our usual payment options will be available including Credit Card, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and GPay.
We don’t have afterpay but you may be able to use PayPal Pay in 4.
Therapy at Home by The Play Way has its own separate shopping cart for therapy programs that will not have any promotions or discounts applied.
Due to the volume of orders, please allow 3-5 days for our team to dispatch your order.
We're aiming for less, but please be patient as everything is hand-packed with care.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way. For more details check out our Shipping & Delivery page.
We typically offer free shipping on orders over $149, excluding bulky items.
However, during our sitewide 30% and 40% off sales there will be a flat rate $15 shipping price on all orders.
The usual bulky item shipping price will remain the same.
About your order
Our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies to all orders during the Black Friday sale period.
But basically, if something is faulty, of course we’ll replace it and if you change your mind you can exchange for something else or get a store credit, and the shipping cost will be on you.
While our team is ready to help we can’t edit orders once placed. Please double-check your order at checkout.
If you do make a mistake, please email us ASAP and put the subject URGENT: Order Amendment Request - Order Number and we'll try our best to action the changes. We just can’t guarantee we will catch it in time.

If you need to update your address, and your order was shipped via Auspost, you can redirect your parcel to the correct address using your tracking link.
If an item is marked ‘return to sender’ and we receive it back, you can pay the shipping charges to reship a package to the correct address.
