When do our Black Friday sales run from?
Our Black Friday sales begin on 11th November, and end on 15th December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEDT. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period.

Just so you know, we can’t ever do discounts on Connectix or LEGO® but everything else is good to go on all our discounted offers during the sale. If Connectix or LEGO® are on your wishlist, pop your order in during the gift with purchase offer and get a massive snake sprinkler from Sunnylife as a gift with your order if it’s over $349.
Will things sell out?
Yes they will. We do not have an unlimited stock and expect that popular items will sell out so don’t wait to grab the things you really want to secure and risk potential disappointment, and dare we say it… ruin Christmas (lol).
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
We can’t do discount stacking during this sale period. The discounts and gifts listed above are the ones we’re offering to everyone during this period. If you have an existing code and want to use it during this period, it will still work, just not in conjunction with anything else we’re offering.
Where will I find discount codes and sales offers?
Drop us your details in the form above and we will send you out the discount codes and reminders for what is on offer with us over the Black Friday and Christmas sales period.
What are the payment options?
Our usual payment options will be available including Credit Card, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and GPay. We don’t have Afterpay but you can use PayPal Pay in 4.
How can I claim my gift with purchase?
Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add to cart to see the right gift populate in your cart.
Please note that if you place two separate orders, we will combine them and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we are only able to offer gift redemption once per person during the sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the volume of orders, allow 3-5 days for our team to dispatch your order. We're aiming for less, but please be patient as everything is hand-packed with care.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Can I get free shipping during the sale?
We offer free shipping on orders over $149, excluding bulky items. However, during the 40% off for 40 minutes sale there will be a flat rate $10 shipping price on all orders and the usual bulky item shipping price will remain the same.
If an item is out of stock what will happen?
We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?
Our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies to all orders during the Black Friday sale period. But basically, if something is faulty, of course we’ll replace it and if you change your mind you can exchange for something else or get a store credit, and the shipping cost will be on you.
Can I change my order?
While our team is ready to help we can’t edit orders once placed. Please double-check your order at checkout.
If you do make a boo-boo, please email us ASAP and put the subject URGENT: Order Amendment Request - Order Number and we'll try our best to action the changes but we can’t guarantee we will catch it in time.

If you need to update your address, and your order was shipped via Auspost, you can redirect your parcel to the correct address using your tracking link. If an item is marked ‘return to sender’ and we receive it back, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges to reship a package to the correct address.
If I purchased an item before the sale, can I get a refund on the difference?
Sorry, no rainchecks for our Black Friday sale.
