WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR
Does this sound familiar?
"My child finds it difficult to take turns, negotiate roles, responsibilities and requirements when working in a team."
"My child has trouble with communication, particularly when giving or processing instructions and using descriptive language."
"My child isn’t motivated to engage with therapy, I need something that will capture their attention or it just won't happen."
If these challenges sound familiar, you are not alone. It’s exactly why we’ve designed this program.
This program helps children to let their creativity shine, while also encouraging the development of communication, planning and organisational skills.
ABOUT THE VIDEO TRAINING
What the program covers
The Therapy at Home Routines Program focuses on exploring the 6 Pillars of Health as a foundation for establishing healthy habits and supportive daily routines.
The Routines Workbook and accompanying videos will guide children through understanding their different engine speeds (high, low and ‘just right’) and how the 6 Pillars of Health can be used on a daily basis to support a ‘just right’ engine speed.
The 6 Pillars of Health - movement, real food, time in nature, free play, love and connection and quality sleep - are investigated and explored so that children can learn more about their own personal preferences for using these to build healthy habits.
Following this exploration, they will be guided to experiment with and develop morning, afternoon and evening routines to support a ‘just right’ engine speed.
The toolbox provides a range of visual and auditory tools to assist the whole family in maintaining these healthy habits and daily routines.
