National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The Play Way is not a registered NDIS provider. However, we are able to accept NDIS Self Managed and Plan Managed payments if your budget allows for consumables. If you’re unsure, please speak with your Plan Manager about the items you wish to order before placing an order.
Important:
Please ensure that you add the NDIS participant name and NDIS number in the order notes section during checkout. For NDIS Plan Managed payments you will require an invoice which will need to be sent to your NDIS Plan Manager or upload it to their portal for payment. Cleared funds will need to be received before your items are shipped. After 14 days if no payment is received your order will be cancelled. Follow the below steps on how to shop on The Play Way.
STEP 1
Add the products to your cart and click on the cart in the top right corner.
STEP 2
Click proceed to checkout.
STEP 3
In the order notes section at the bottom of the billing page add the NDIS participant name and NDIS number as shown in the example:

For NDIS self managed payments checkout via Credit Card or Paypal.
For NDIS plan managed checkout via Invoice for NDIS Payments.
STEP 5
Click place order. If you have checked out out via stripe you will get the copy of your invoice for your record. If you have checkout via Invoice for NDIS Payment, you will receive an invoice, please forward that invoice to your plan manager or upload it to their respective portal for payment.
Terms & Conditions
Items will not be shipped until cleared funds have been received in our bank account. NDIS Orders have 14 day terms and if your payment isn’t received within 14 days your order will be cancelled and your items will no longer be held for you.
